The College of International Studies held its 2025 commencement ceremony at the university's International Conference Hall, conferring degrees on 253 undergraduate and 47 postgraduate students.

The ceremony, presided over by Jin Nana, Vice Dean of the college, celebrated the academic achievements of the graduating class. 
Faculty members including Vice Deans Jia Luyi and Zhang Danyang announced that 12 graduates were awarded the title of University-Level Outstanding Graduate, 3 were named Outstanding Postgraduate, and 11 received College-Level Outstanding Graduate honors. 
Several graduates will continue their studies at institutions such as The University of Hong Kong and Beijing Foreign Studies University.

In his address, Dean Dai Yonghong delivered a speech titled "When Foreign Languages Meet Regional Civilizations," encouraging graduates to become cultivators, builders, and balancers in promoting mutual learning among civilizations.
Professor Zhang Jiliang advised graduates to master technology and develop an "AI-proof" core competitiveness. Alumnus Wang Wei also offered encouragement for the graduates' future endeavors in the AI age.
Representing the student body, postgraduate Xie Tongtong shared a speech on "Chasing Light," while undergraduate Yang Shanting expressed gratitude for the four-year journey. 


Following a recognition ceremony for outstanding graduates led by Li Huimin, Deputy Party Secretary, and Qiu Jiangping, Party Secretary of the college, Dean Dai Yonghong presided over the formal conferral of degrees. 
The ceremony concluded with graduates presenting flowers to their faculty members in a final tribute.
