He graduated from the Japanese Department of Sun Yat-sen University in June 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. In October 2009, he went to Kobe University to study sociology. He obtained master of Arts in March 2012 and doctor degree in March 2015. During this period, he won the national scholarship of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science of Japan. From April 2015 to August 2017, he served as academic researcher, lecturer of Kobe Songyin women's college. He joined Shenzhen University in September 2017.
