From September 1981 to July 1984, he studied in the Department of foreign languages of Luoyang University; from September 1990 to July 1993, he studied for a master's degree in the Department of foreign languages of Xi'an Jiaotong University; from July 1984 to September 1990, he served as a teaching assistant in the Department of foreign languages of Henan Normal University; from July 1993 to February 2001, he served as a lecturer, associate professor and director of the teaching and research section; from February 2001 to December 2004, he served as a consul general of the Chinese Consulate General in Osaka; from December 2004 to December 2007 He has been the head of the Department of foreign languages, Southeast University. From July 2007, he has been teaching in the Japanese Department of the school of foreign languages of Shenzhen University. Research fields include Japanese Linguistics and Japanese higher education. The representative papers include: the classification of Japanese verbs, the study of automatic verbs in Japanese, and the study of negative interrogative sentences in Japanese. The research report includes: the reform of Japanese universities and the research on the evaluation system of Japanese universities. He compiled new Japanese Chinese dictionary, College Japanese and basic Japanese.
