She received her Ph.D. in history, Nankai University. She is currently the Head of Japanese Department, and a Master's degree supervisor. She is also the executive director of the Chinese Japanese Literature Research Association. Her main research fields are Japanese modern literature, Sino-Japanese Comparative Literature and female literature. She has published one academic monograph, and more than 20 academic papers in journals: Chinese comparative literature, Guangdong Social Sciences, and Women's Studies. She presided over the general project of Humanities and social sciences of the Ministry of education, "from social activists to war accomplices: Research on Japanese female writers during the war of aggression against China". As the first ranking person, she participated in 2 National Social Science Fund projects. Presided over and completed one humanities and social science project of Shenzhen University. She teaches "Modern Japanese" and other core courses for postgraduates. She has won the first prize of excellent achievements in undergraduate classroom teaching of Shenzhen University for three consecutive years and Tencent excellent teacher award in 2015.
