She has been teaching non-English majors for 19 years after getting her MA in Applied Linguistics in Sun Yat-sen University. Her interest lies in second language acquisition and teaching methodology with a focus on the details of classroom teaching, especially the interaction between the teacher and students. She became a member of college English A-level teaching group since 2008 and her group devotes to MOOC and flipped classroom in recent years and she also participated in the videotaping of a MOOC course “Communicative English writing”. She has been awarded many times for her devotion to classroom teaching. Her research interest also lies in mobile learning and the development of multi-literacy in the recent years. She visited Queen’s University Belfast from Sep, 2018 to Feb, 2019 as a visiting scholar.
