                                    Dr HUANG, Leping
    Personal profile
    He obtained his Ph.D. in economics from the University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. He is now an associate professor of the  Spanish major in the School of Foreign Languages, Shenzhen University, and the supervisor of the master degree program. His research interests mainly include Latin American economy. He is a member of the Latin American Society of China and the Latin American Literature Research Association of China.

    Education background:
    1. September 1996 - June 2000: Bachelor of Arts in Spanish, Department of Spanish, Beijing International Studies University.
    2. September 2002 - June 2005: Master of Arts in Spanish language and literature, Department of Spanish, Peking University
    3.  September 2010 - June 2014, Ph.D in World Economics (Latin American economic direction), University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.

     Teaching experience:
    From July 2000 to December 2018, he taught in the Department of Western Portuguese, Beijing International Studies University. Since December 2018, he is teaching in the Department of Western Languages, School of Foreign Languages, Shenzhen University.

     Rewards:
    1. In June 2006, he was awarded the title of excellent Party member of Beijing International Studies University from 2003 to 2006.
    2. In September 2011, he was awarded the excellent scientific research achievement award of Beijing International Studies Universityof 2010 and the special prize of thesis achievement.
    3. In July 2012, he was awarded the title of excellent Party member of Beijing International Studies Universitys from 2010 to 2012.
    4. In September 2013, he was supported by the program of Youth Talents Program"" in Beijing universities.
    5. In June 2016, he won the third prize of teaching achievement award of Beijing Institute of foreign languages.
    6. In June 2017, he won the first prize of the 15th (2014-2016) school level excellent scientific research achievement award of Beijing International Studies University。
    7. In April 2020, he won the first prize of excellent case (the second batch) of online teaching in undergraduate colleges and universities in Guangdong Province.
