三、申请资格General Qualifications for Admission
1. 申请人须是非中国国籍公民，持有效外国护照，身体健康，品行端正，遵守中国法律、法规和学校的规章制度。
Applicants must be citizens with a valid foreign passport (whose nationalities are not People’s Republic of China). He / She should be in good health conditions and of good conduct. He / She should also abide by the Chinese laws, regulations and the rules of the university.
2. 申请人必须具有大学本科毕业以上学历。
Applicants should hold bachelor’s degree or above.

3. 进入系统填写个人信息-签证信息-资料上传-提交

五、申请材料 Application Materials
请在申请前准备好以下材料，以便在网络申请过程中上传。
Please prepare the following materials before applying：
1. 本科毕业证书、学位证书电子扫描件，应届毕业生应提供就读大学出具的预毕业证明电子扫描件。
Scanned copy of the certificate and diploma of bachelor's degree. Graduates shall provide pre-graduation certificate.
2. 本科阶段全部课程的成绩单电子扫描件
Scanned copy of the transcripts of all courses during bachelor period.
3. 两封推荐信电子扫描件（教授或副教授出具）
Scanned copies of two recommendation letters (the recommendation letters shall be provided by professors or associate professors)
4. 护照电子扫描件
Scanned copy of passport.
5. 证件照电子扫描件
Scanned copy of the ID photo
6. 语言要求 Language requirement
非英语母语者需提供英语能力证明
For applicant whose native tongue is not English requires credential of English proficiency
除上述申请材料外，申请人须根据我校的要求，按时提交其他补充材料。
In addition to the application materials detailed above, applicants should submit other supplementary materials in time to the requirements of SZU.
* 各类证明、学位证和成绩单必须从有效机关签发及公证。
All certificates, diplomas and transcripts must be issued and notarized by the valid authorities.
* 所有文件必须经过正规翻译公司翻译成中文或者英文。
All the documents must be translated in Chinese or English by responsible translation company.
* 申请材料不全者不予受理。不论录取与否，以上材料一律不予退还。
Applicants who provide incomplete materials will not be accepted. The materials above won’t be returned whether you are admitted or not.
六、录取流程Admission Procedure
1. 在申请截止后，我校组织专家评审小组对申请资料进行审核。深圳大学硕士留学生的录取主要对学生进行专业水平和语言能力等的综合考核，如有需要，可安排远程或当面面试。
After the application deadline, School of Foreign Languages will organize a panel of experts to review the application documents. SZU will admit master applicants based on the overall assessment of theirs scores and all other supporting documents. During the process, long-distance or face-to-face interviews will be conducted, if necessary.
2. 通常在6月，预录取结果将以邮件形式通知学生。
Usually in June, pre-admission results will be sent to applicants via email.
3. 通常在7月，我校确定最终录取的学生名单，并按照学生在网上报名系统填写的邮寄地址寄送录取材料原件。
Usually in July, after confirmation of the list of admitted applicants, admission materials will be posted to applicants according to the address provided by the applicants on the application form.
4. 被录取的学生可持《录取通知书》和来华学习签证申请表(JW202)到中国使馆申请X1签证，在抵达中国后30天内将X1签证转换成学习类居留许可，逾期不办理相关手续者，将做退学处理。学校不接受持非学习类签证的学生报到入学。
Students who are accepted should apply for the X1 visa at their country’s Chinese Embassy (or Chinese Consulate) with “Shenzhen University Admission Notice” and “Visa Application for Study in China(JW202)”, and change X1 visa into a Residence permit for Foreign Students within 30 days after they enter China. Students who don’t apply for the relevant visa and residence permit will have to drop out. SZU doesn’t accept students with non-student visas.
5. 被录取的学生须根据《录取通知书》上所写的报到日期和报到地点来校报到注册，不接受学生提前报到。
Students who are accepted must register at the date and the address according to“Shenzhen University Admission Notice”. Registration in advance will not be accepted.
七、费用标准 Fees Standard
1. 报名费：200元

3万 RMB/每人/每学年

3. 住宿与保险 Accommodation and Insurance
（1）住宿： 校内宿舍设置单人间、双人间、单人套间可供选择，费用为5400-10000RMB/人/学期。（水电费另外计收）
Accommodation: single rooms, double rooms and en suites are all available. The fees vary from 5,400 to 10,000 RMB for per student per semester. (Water and electricity charges are not included)
（2）保险：400元/学期。外国留学生须购买我校指定的团体综合保险，注册报到时到国际交流学院购买，对于未按要求购买保险者，我校将不予办理入学注册手续。
Insurance: 400RMB/semester. International students should purchase the group all-risk insurance designated by SZU. Students are required to purchase insurance from the College of International Exchange on registration day. Those who do not purchase the insurance as required will not be able to get registered.

九、学位授予 Conferring of Degrees
学习期满，完成教学计划规定的课程，修满学分并通过硕士学位论文答辩者，经校学位评定委员会审核批准后，颁发深圳大学毕业证书并授予硕士学位，同时颁发外国语学院“对中英语教学”毕业证明。
Once approved by the academic degree evaluation committee, students who have completed all the planned courses and gained all the designated credits, as well as passed the master’s degree thesis defense will be awarded a master degree and graduation certificate of Shenzhen University, and a certificate of ‘Teaching English to Speakers of Chinese (TESOC)’ issued by School of Foreign Languages.
