I.Staff exchange: teaching staff/other employees 工作人员交换：教师及其它人员
1. Both institutions agree in principle to the possibility of exchanging full-time teaching staff/other employees.
双方原则上同意交换全职教师及其它工作人员的可能性。
2.The period of stay at the host institution of higher education for staff exchanges shall not exceed one year.
交换时间不超过一年。
3.If the employment relationship of teaching staff/employees does continue during their stay at the host institution of higher education and they fulfil the obligations towards their home university originating from the employment relationship during their work at the host institution of higher education, the home university continues to pay their salaries during the whole stay having been
II. Student exchange 学生交换
1.Duration of exchange 交换期限
Each institution agrees to exchange individual students for one semester or an academic year, ideally on a one-to-one basis.
双方均同意每个交换生学习时间为一学期或一学年，原则上是一对一的对等交换。
2. Number of students to be exchanged 交换生数量
Each institution may send: 双方学院可以派出：
(1) up to two students each year for a full year or 每年最多2名一年期或
(2)up to four students for a semester within a full year. 每年最多4名半年期交换生。
However, this number may vary in any given year, provided a balance of exchange is obtained over a five-year term.
尽管如此，双方学校每年交换生的数量会有差异，前提是5年内双方保持数量上的平衡。
3.Student programme fees/Benefits at host institution 学费及接受方提供的福利
Students participating in the exchange programme shall pay tuition fees and other fees to their home university and do not have to pay any tuition fees to the host university. Additional fees required by the host institution, e.g. the semester contribution (“Semesterbeitrag”) at the Friedrich Schiller University Jena, shall be paid by each student. The semester contribution in Jena contains a general fee for the student services organization (“Studierendenwerk”) as well as a semester ticket which allows students to use all kinds of public transport within Jena and the regional trains within the Free State of Thuringia. The host institution agrees to inform exchange students on how to find accommodation during the regular semester or term period. All costs of meal, accommodation, and travel expenses will be the responsibility of the individual student. Miscellaneous fees such as special (non-curricular) course fees, key deposits, books, etc., shall be paid by each participant.
交换生在所属地大学支付学费及其它相关费用，无须向接受方学校支付学费。接受方学校所要求的额外费用，如耶拿大学的学期杂费（semester contribution）,将由交换生自行支付。学期杂费包括用于学生服务机构（学生会）的一般费用和一张学期交通票，学生可在该学期内乘坐耶拿市区所用公共交通工具及图林根州境内的区间火车。接受方学校为交换生提供学期内或交换期内的租住信息。所有食宿及交通费用由交换生自理。各项杂费，如特别课程（非课程大纲课程）学费、钥匙押金、书费等，由交换生自行支付。
4. Eligibility 资格
It is understood that both institutions will strive to designate only well-qualified individuals for participation in the programme and that academic backgrounds, as well as letters of recommendation, will be provided to the host institution. Students must have completed at least two semesters or equivalent at the home institution. Students must meet language proficiency requirements as established by the host institution.
双方学校均同意力求选派优秀学生参加交换项目，交换生要向接受方学校提供学术背景材料以及推荐信。学生必须在所属地学校完成至少2个学期或同等课程。学生必须达到接受方学校规定的语言能力要求。
